to get money its easy, you can get them to transfer funds to a bank account or send a check. when I had them send checks to me usually it only took less than a week. the spending limit thing sucks too. I just bought a stereo and had to put the bank account. And then I forgot the paypal account was in a different name from the credit card I wanted to use and the last names have to be the same. Pretty cool service though if you get through all that. I don't like them being able to have my checking account and credit cards on file however.
